question of the day 5/12/18
My answer:
General disaster prep? Not so much. I'm growing raspberries and kitchen herbs but somehow I doubt that would keep me alive for long. We have bikes, so we would be able to travel even after the petrol ran out, and we probably have enough junk in the roof and the garage to build stuff? And enough garden to grow food. The transition period would be the main survival issue. Also we don't keep that much food stored, the day before the shopping gets delivered is basically 'why are there no snacks' day lol.
Zombie apocalypse specifically... depends. I live about a 20min drive from the city proper, and there's a lot of hilly landscape with cows and sheep and stuff for any zombies from the city to cross. But there's also a lot of neighbours to become zombies. Overall who knows!
