Alan Wake - Choices - Fanfic
Title: Choices

Alan tries, he really does, not to rue the choices he made after they arrived at Cauldron Lake. He has regrets, of course he does - if he hadn't been a piece of shit and walked out on Alice like that, if he'd just listened - but he doesn't let himself think ruefully of his last decision, the choice he made. Alice, for him.
It's just, at times like this, when he's woken up from death for the hundredth time, maybe more that he doesn't remember... it's hard to remember why he chose this. And that's nothing to do with his amnesia.
